  • Enquiry: Fill out the contact form on our website with your details and preferred photography package as well as the property information.

    Consultation: We reach out to you to discuss your needs and provide you with a quote.

    Confirmation: Once you’re happy to proceed with our service we send you a confirmation email with the photoshoot details.

    Shoot Day: One of our photographers arrives at your property on the scheduled date and time.

    Delivery: As soon as the photos are ready we send you an email along with the invoice and once the payment is cleared you’ll receive the edited photos via secure link within 24hours.

    Feedback: We look forward to hearing back from you about the photos we have delivered.

    This way your images look professional across all devices. We provide images in these formats to meet the standards of your chosen advertising platforms.

  • If you need to reschedule your photoshoot please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

    If you need to cancel your booking please let us know at least 48 hours prior to the photoshoot. A $100 cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the photoshoot.
